Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Butwal. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in accounting principles and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare and process journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Assist in tax calculations, VAT filings, and other regulatory compliance.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely transactions.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial audits.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and industry regulations.
• Handle daily financial transactions and data entry in accounting software.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and taxation (VAT, TDS, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Nrs. 20,000 – 25,000 (Negotiable based on experience).
• Other benefits as per company policy.
