Job Title: Junior Accountant
Industry: Manufacturing & Automobile
Location: Butwal
Number of Positions: 2

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Butwal. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in accounting principles and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
Prepare and process journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reports.
Assist in tax calculations, VAT filings, and other regulatory compliance.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely transactions.
Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial audits.
Ensure adherence to accounting policies and industry regulations.
Handle daily financial transactions and data entry in accounting software.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar).
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and taxation (VAT, TDS, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Nrs. 20,000 – 25,000 (Negotiable based on experience).
Other benefits as per company policy.
