Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Advice company on corporate governance and regulatory matters such as board of directors’ meetings, annual reports and compliance with securities laws.
Prepare Legal Documents required to file cases, represent in court proceedings, Legal Advice when required to different department.
Prepare required documents like: Share Lagat, Board Minutes, AGM Minutes and Other Document as per Government Act, Rules and Regulations.
Prepare and review legal documents to be submitted to administrative, quasi-judicial tribunal and courts of Nepal.
Ability to writing Legal Documents such as contracts.
Organizing Board Meeting and Preparing all required documents for Board Meeting.
To keep the list of all decision made by Board and follow up on the implementation of decision made by Board.
Other work as required or assigned.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 6 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s in BALLB, or LLB, or LLM
Minimum 3-4 years in a similar role, preferably in the hydropower sector.
Should have knowledge about Court Procedure and the Relevant Act
Should represent the company and resolve legal disputes and litigation on behalf of the company
Conduct Secretarial activities of the company.
Should have Analytical and Communication skill
Should have Knowledge about company Act and other Government Acts, Rules & Regulations
Ability and Willingness to work in a team and to work under pressure
Must have good Nepali typing Skills
