Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Junior Admission Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end application process for clients, ensuring that all details are accurate, well-documented, and effectively communicated. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support students and liaise with colleges.

Key Responsibilities

Providing counsel and information regarding the admission application process to applicants.
Understanding the requirements of different admission categories.
Organizing and managing relevant documents and paperwork.
Answering any queries and providing support for admission-related matters.
Performing administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Remaining up-to-date with the latest admission policies.
Creating and maintaining an accurate and well-structured filing system.
Managing the update of admission records in the system.
Ensuring clients comply with the terms and conditions of the admissions.
Ensuring accuracy when assisting with the coordination, issuance, and handling of admissions.
Advising and guiding applicants through the admission application process.
Keeping up-to-date with current admission rules and regulations.
Organizing and managing documents and other paperwork in an organized manner.
Providing excellent customer service to clients.

Note: Working hours are from 6 AM to 3 PM.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor Degree Complete
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in SharePoint and document management systems
Experience in student services or application management is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
