Job Description:

Nex Digital Studio is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Java Developer to join our team in Dillibazar, Kathmandu. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of Java-based applications, working closely with a talented team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java applications, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing application performance and reliability.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation and provide support for the deployment of applications.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
Proficiency in Java SE and Java EE technologies, including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is preferred.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
