Job Description:
Nex Digital Studio is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Java Developer to join our team in Dillibazar, Kathmandu. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of Java-based applications, working closely with a talented team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing application performance and reliability.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and provide support for the deployment of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in Java SE and Java EE technologies, including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is preferred.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
