Deerhold Nepal is looking for a candidate for the following position and having following requirements to facilitate and teach at the Japan Centre of the Company.

Plan, Teach, Evaluate and Manage Class

Preparation for lessons:

1. Establish clear objectives for all lessons and units, deliver lessons according to objectives 

• Lesson planning according to teaching curriculum
• Develop and create interactive course materials to address Read, Listen, Write, Speak

Conduct lessons & manage class:

2. Delivery of lessons according to curriculum

• Explain, communicate basic principles of grammar through creative and engaging activities, create opportunities to practise the language in Read, Listen, Speak and Write
• Establish routines and enforce age-appropriate class management procedures
• Grade and provide feedback to students on their work

Evaluate:

3. Provide timely review of students’ performance

Requirements:

• The candidate must have JLPT N2 / above or experience in living in Japan
• Preferred to have experience in Japanese language teaching
• Additional academic qualification is preferable
• Patience and dedication to work with working professionals 
• Good sense of initiative, responsibility and punctuality
• Flexible with time
