Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technical Writer at Asterisk Digital located in Kathmandu. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating technical documentation, user guides, manuals, and other content related to information technology products and services.

 Qualifications

• Technical Support and Information Technology skills
• Troubleshooting expertise
• Strong Communication skills
• Project Management experience
• Excellent writing and documentation abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Knowledge of IT tools and software,Cyber security,
• BSCCSIT,BCA,BIT freshers are preferred 

Time: 7AM to 3PM(Onsite)

Location: New baneshwor 

Salary: Negotiable
