Passion for learning new products

Communication with Customers as well as multi-party vendor local and abroad
Tackle and Escalate issue as per the SLA.

In your role as an IT Support Engineer, you will continue to fine-tune your exceptional technical support skills to provide elite customer service
You will continuously learn new products and technologies

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

More than or equals to 1 year preferred (Fresher may apply)
Should have completed BSc (Hons), BIM, BSc IT, BIT or any Bachelor IT Degree) from recognized University
1+ Year hands-on experience on LINUX/UNIX and RDBMS Software
Moderate Knowledge on the network, security components and services
Moderate Knowledge on Servers Oss, Hypervisors, and Shared Storage
Basic knowledge of ATM technology but not mandatory
Hands-on with remote support tools and technology
Should able to manage various Logs, reports and data
Should able to manage and monitor IT infrastructure
