Position: IT Support and Maintenance Officer - (Woman Only)
Required No.: 1 (Kathmandu)

Information Technology Services is one of the vital support functions of UMN that provides ICT-related solutions that support UMN, its teams and employees to do their work as efficiently, effectively, transparently, and securely as possible, according to UMN’s mission, vision, strategies, and policies. The primary purpose of this position is to equip the organisation, teams and individual staff with adequate tools, systems, knowledge and skills for information and communication to meet their objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
Experience with computer network installation and maintenance.
Experience in software implementation and end-user support.
Experience with Microsoft Share Point platform.
Certifications like CompTIA A+ and CCNA will be an asset.
Any past experience working with electrical circuits and equipment will be a plus point.

Salaries and benefits will be according to UMN standards
