Job Description

Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Perform regular updates and backups to ensure data integrity.
Set up and install new computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
Implement and manage security measures to protect data and systems from cyber threats.
Educate employees on best practices for IT usage and security protocols.
Maintain documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and inventory of hardware and software assets.
Create visually appealing graphics for internal and external communications, including presentations, marketing materials, and social media content.
