We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Engineer with a strong understanding of social media platforms and communication strategies. This role involves managing and optimizing our organization's social media presence while also providing technical support and solutions for IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and a deep understanding of social media marketing techniques to enhance our online brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support:

Provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing and maintaining backup and recovery solutions.

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to share on social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations related to the organization and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Network and System Administration:

Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
