Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Talking to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Support the roll-out of new applications
Testing and evaluating new technology

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Required Skills:

Extensive knowledge of the inner workings of computer networks
Knowledge of a variety of hardware as well as software, programming languages, and operation systems.
Excellent team player and proficient in Computing
Excellent communication skills and English language ability

Required Experiences:

Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent with data processing training, computer operations training
More than or equals to 1 year in a similar role
Priority will be given to the candidate who can join immediately
Experience in a multi-operation system or production control environment preferred
