Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on Nepal's agriculture landscape and provide analytical support for investment decisions.

• Lead in-depth due diligence processes, covering financial, operational, and market aspects, collaborating with external advisors and consultants to ensure robust evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial industry standards, particularly in the context of agriculture-focused investments.
• Keep informed on market trends, economic conditions, and capital market developments, particularly those influencing the agriculture sector.
