Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and proactive IT/MIS Manager with the capability to play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of software development and integration that are key to the EV Charging Infrastructure including Charger Management Systems and Mobile Application. You will lead the development, testing, and deployment of our software solutions, ensuring seamless integration across our ecosystem. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and franchisees to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development and Integration

Oversee the testing, integration, and deployment of the Charger Management System (CMS) with all chargers in the ecosystem.
Manage the development of the EV user customer-facing mobile application, ensuring its functionality and user experience align with business goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges across multiple platforms and devices.

Operational Readiness

Set up robust IT processes, troubleshooting protocols, and system reliability measures.
Ensure all systems meet compliance, security protocols, and performance standards.

Team Management

Build, mentor, and manage an in-house IT/software team.
Plan and execute IT/MIS projects with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Manage vendor relationships and external software development teams.

Scalability and Innovation

Develop predictive analytics and reporting tools to monitor charger performance and user behaviour.
Evaluate other emerging technologies and strategies for potential integration into the ecosystem.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 3 years

Education and Requirements:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the IT/software sector, with demonstrated experience in system development, integration, or IT project management. Familiarity with EV charging technology and/or charging station management is advantageous.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in software development life cycles (SDLC), API integration, database management, and cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of mobile app development, UI/UX principles, and data analytics tools.
Familiarity with IoT devices, cybersecurity protocols, and EV technologies is a plus.

Soft Skills:
