1. Educational Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Preferred Degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related fields.

2. Experience

• Experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of IELTS exam structure and scoring criteria.

3. Language Proficiency

• Fluent English skills with excellent pronunciation and clarity.
• Ability to explain grammar, vocabulary, and test strategies in a simple and effective manner.

4. Teaching Skills

• Expertise in lesson planning, test preparation, and student assessment.
• Ability to identify student weaknesses and provide targeted improvement strategies.

5. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity to work with students from diverse backgrounds.

6. Technical Skills

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.).
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Skype, Google Classroom) for virtual classes.

7. Personal Attributes

• Motivational and encouraging teaching style.
• Strong organizational skills to manage students, lessons, and assessments effectively.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new IELTS trends.

Bonus Qualifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Master’s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Education.
• IELTS Band Score 8.0 or above (personal experience with the test).
• Background in academic English teaching (e.g., essay writing, research writing).
