About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in Kathmandu. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. The HR Manager will also collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and ethically
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
