Department: Management

Reports to: CEO

Responsible for: smooth and efficient operation of the HR department

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Human Resource Officer Manager will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with senior HR management.

KEY FUNCTIONS

Providing support in various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling.

MAJOR DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Recruitment and Staffing:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.

b. Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, streamline internal communication systems.

c. Performance Management:

Assist in the implementation of performance management systems.
Monitor and track employee performance and provide feedback.
Coordinate performance review meetings and documentation.

d. HR Policies and Procedures:

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
Keep abreast of labor laws and regulations.

e. Compensation and Benefits:

Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
Manage compensation and benefits in guidance of the senior management.

f. General HR Support:

Maintain HR documentation and records.
Prepare HR reports and analytics.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
Experience with HR software and databases.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong ethical standards and high levels of confidentiality.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Adaptability and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Office timing: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
