Roles and responsibilities of this job

Minimum Qualification and Requirements
Qualification: MBA with major specialization in Human Resource Management
Work station: HR Department in Geta Eye Hospital with frequent visit to secondary level eye hospital and eye care centres
Experience: Work experience in related field is preferable

Other:

Should have knowledge in computer, good command in Nepali and English languages with sound health and General Knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
He/She will be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling

Note:

Salary Benefits: as per rule of NNJS
The position is offered initially for six month and can be extended for a further period of time on satisfactory performance
