Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Work with recruitment agencies to recruit for new hiring.
Recording, maintaining & monitoring daily attendance, leave and payroll of employees.
Assist finance department in execution of monthly payroll by providing employee's leave records and working days and provide monthly report.
Drafting letters of warning, suspension, experience, termination, promotion & salary declaration & increments.
Documentation of employees Provident Fund and Medical Insurance
Preparing notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions and scheduling and conducting interviews
Plan and conduct employee orientation
Manage employees grievances.
Announce and award Technician of the month and Employee of the month
Prepare survey form and conduct team survey as per requirement.

Time Commitment : 24 hours per week. Flexible time ( 10 AM - 5 PM)
