Kantipur Vet Distributors Pvt. Ltd, one of the reputed manufacturing company is seeking dynamic candidate for the vacant position.

Designation : HR Assistant

Salary : Negotiable

Location : Balkumari, Lalitpur

Experience : Minimum 1year of experience in HR field.

Education : Bachelor passed out / Bachelor Running

Office Time : 9:30 A.M to 5:30 P.M

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Assistant at Kantipur Vet Distributors Pvt. Ltd, located in Balkumari, Lalitpur. As an HR Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting with HR Procedures, managing the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), administering benefits, and supporting training initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR)
Experience in HR Management and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Proficient in benefits administration
Familiarity with training processes and procedures
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
