Job Description

Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities
Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys
Employ online marketing analytics to gather information from the web and social media pages
Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events
Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations, completing new hire paperwork, and setting up employee files
Support employees on HR-related issues, such as benefits, compensation, and company policies.
Facebook advertising, online advertising, regularly reviewing and modifying ad groups to optimize performance
Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activity, growing subscriber base and creating engaging, relevant content, including testing to optimize results
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive employee experience and foster a culture of inclusion and diversity
Building solid relationships with clients
