Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Lead Recruitment and Selection procedure and maintain a pool of candidates
Maintain an up to date employee’s database
Conduct Onboarding formalities like employee’s orientation, appointment documentation etc.
Attendance and Leave management and submit periodic reports to concerned authorities
Ensure that all employees are enrolled in the benefit packages offered by the company and explain the benefits to the employees
Provide required information to the Accounts Department to administer payroll
Coordination with recruitment agencies
Prepare various HR letters and reports as and when required
Explain organization policies to employees and ensure implementation of those policies
Ensure timely performance evaluation of employees
Circulate HR notices using appropriate media
Facilitate Exit formalities
Effectively liaise between senior management and employees to maintain and improve company-employee relations
Administer company benefits packages, corporate events, team-building meetings, and outings
Preparing, updating and maintaining employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
Conduct Human Resource Policy assessment and revise if necessary
Handle employees’ grievances and report to the concerned authority
Respond to HR-related queries within the company
Coordinate with respective Line Managers for training need assessment
Others as assigned by the concerned authorities

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Business Management with specialization in Human Resources Management
Knowledge of Labor Law
Good communication and listening skills
Strong interest in people and interpersonal relations
Interest in development and personal growth in staff
Good presentation skills
Strong in both, verbal and written communication – good listener
Good time-management and ability to multitask
Fluent in English and local language
Computer skills and proficient in MS-office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have to frequently travel outside the valley outlets

Note: Age should be more than or equals to 35 years
