We produce wool felt items including wool dryer ball, needle felted holiday items, Christmas items, felt slipper, ball rug, wool flower and some gift items, household and fashion accessories. we produce more than 100 different items and exporting in more than 20 countries. 

We have 5 locations for production and have more than 400 associates. Kalpana craft is the fastest growing company. 

In 2007, Amrit and Kalpana founded Kalpana Craft rooted in a simple belief: handmade products should create value not only for customers, but also for the people who make them.

What started with a few artisans and a vision, has grown into one of Nepal’s leading fair trade felt manufacturers, with 300+ artisans supplying high-quality wool products to brands and retailers around the world.

Today, Kalpana Craft designs and manufactures a wide range of handmade felt products using 100% New Zealand wool, including wool dryer balls, cat caves and pet products,seasonal and holiday ornaments, home décor, garlands, felt flowers, and fully customized private-label collections.

As the only Nepali felt manufacturer with in-house carding facility, we are able to manufacture the highest quality goods for lowest prices. We export to the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK, Japan, and Australia, and other countries around the world serving both established retailers and growing ethical brands.
