𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Work Experience: 1-2 years of HR experience, years of HR experience in payroll or compensation management in the ISP Industry

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for in-house employees.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll and personnel data.
Verify attendance records, overtime, leaves, and deductions to ensure payroll accuracy.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely salary disbursements.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security, and other statutory payroll deductions.
Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies raised by employees.
