This is a full-time Managerial Role at Hotel Imperial, Kathmandu, Battisputali. The Manager will be responsible and oversee Daily Operations of Hotel, Restaurant and Bar managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality of food and beverage standards, room service, banqueting & events, booking & reservation, customer service and handling communication with the team and our valued customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Well versed with Room and Food, Restaurant and Bar Operation and able to successfully operate, monitor and supervise activities such as events management, marketing and business development, sales, supplies, stores, cash flow and customer service.
Organizes marketing and selling conference, events and banqueting with proper facilities.
Schedules strategic marketing plan & ensures desirable occupancy all the time.
Plans menus. estimates food costs and profits, adjusts menus by consulting with chefs.
Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation.
Achieves targeted sales, operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems.
Ensures effective cost control, cash flow, receivable and payable in timely manner.
Manages, motivates, trains team so as to exceed customer satisfaction and increase profits..
Briefs and guides concerned staff prior to each & every activities are in operation.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 4 years

Other Specification

At least Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or equivalent.
Minimum 4-6 years of progressive working experience as a Hotel and Restaurant Manager.
Experienced in handling computer software and MS Office.
Knowledge of handling digital marketing is an advantage.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
Must have excellent rapport with customers in Kathmandu, be able to identify new customers, find and successfully satisfy their need in timely manner.
Charming personality to greet organizers, hosts and VIPs and present to clients with full attention.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, administrative and client orientation skills.
Excellent skill in dealing with last minute requests and solving problems.
Shows Can-do attitude to satisfy each and every queries and expectation of customer as required.
