About the job

Designation: Customer Success Executive

Job Location: Lalitpur

Responsibilities:

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and organizing a daily work schedule.
Contacting terminated clients to try to woo them back
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Get product knowledge and show demos to clients for the same.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Provide weekly update and a monthly report.

Requirements:

Graduation in Hotel & Tourism Management.
Minimum 1 year Experience in sales, marketing in Hospitality Industry
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Salary up to 40k
