Designation: Customer Success Executive

Job Location: Lalitpur

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and organizing a daily work schedule.
  • Contacting terminated clients to try to woo them back 
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Get product knowledge and show demos to clients for the same.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Provide weekly update and a monthly report.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in Hotel & Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 1 year Experience in sales, marketing in Hospitality Industry
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Salary up to 40k
