Job Description

Ensure meeting of departmental goals and objectives
Monitor, control and evaluate Test preparation department with timely feedback to management
Providing market insight and intelligence
Ensuring strong compliance to company policies and processes
Increase enrollments for IELTS and PTE
Supporting Study Abroad Admissions team to increase Study abroad enrolments
Innovating and bringing new ideas in Test preparation arena for business growth
Regular training to staff, counseling support and feedback from Students
Ensuring a first-class Test preparation experience for students right from their admission to results
Maintain high team standards of integrity, ethics and ensuring streamlined operations
