Roles and responsibilities of this job

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to high school students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic success.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional materials.
Incorporate technology into teaching practices to enhance learning outcomes.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and concerns.
Foster a culture of respect, responsibility, and inquiry within the classroom.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in education.
