Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Major Responsibilities:

Managing and leading the team “Portfolio Management Service, Trading & Treasury”
Constructing successful investment portfolios informed by market conditions and economic trends
Promoting PMS Service through efficient channels for client acquisition including presentations and visits to potential and existing clients to explain our service as well as understand their needs
Determining acceptable risk levels for clients based on time frames, risk preferences, return expectations, and market conditions
Staying up to date with relevant investment and trading news, and economic trends
Exploring market and expand customer base
Conduct various programs for expanding market base
Preparation of various reports (internal and regulatory)
Taking investment decision outlining our clients’ investment objectives as well as managing Capital’s treasury needs
Complying with prevailing policies, rules, laws and regulations

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 4 years

Other Specification

Experience:

4 years’ experience in Portfolio Management Service with knowledge of Clients relationship management with knowledge of trading and treasury management.

Skills and Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Marketing/Finance/Economics or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, power point, outlook etc.)
Deep Knowledge of financial products and markets.
Proficient in mathematical and computer skills
Excellent managerial and leadership skill
Team work and team management
Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
Self and team motivation.
A level of creativity when it comes to thinking of new sales opportunities
Problem-solving attitude.
Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
Highly organized and result oriented

Other Requirements:

Own vehicle with valid license
