Location: Pokhara Branch
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:

The Operations Head is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency in business processes, and driving organizational growth. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and leadership to enhance productivity and profitability.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Oversee and manage the overall business operations.
Develop and implement operational strategies and policies.
Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in workflow processes.
Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs.
Lead and mentor operational teams to achieve organizational goals.
Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Collaborate with different departments for smooth business execution.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in an operations leadership role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to lead and manage multiple teams effectively.
Experience in process improvement and efficiency optimization.
Strong understanding of business and financial principles.
