We are a leading company specializing in call center operations in various languages, and we are expanding our operations to Kathmandu, Nepal. As we set foot in this new market, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Operational Manager to play a crucial role in establishing our office.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Operational Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient establishment of our operations in Nepal. Your responsibilities will include:

• Authority Liaison: Collaborate with local authorities and government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and manage necessary permits and licenses.
• Facility Management: Oversee the setup of office space, including rent negotiations, renovations, and maintenance.
• Network and Connections: Leverage your local network and connections to navigate regulatory processes, troubleshoot issues, and build beneficial relationships.
• Problem Solving: Act as a proactive problem solver, addressing operational challenges promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operational management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and authorities in Kathmandu, Nepal.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Proficiency in Hindi language.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive and self-driven approach to work.
