Roles and responsibilities of this job

Work station: Lar, Chhekampar, Ward No. 7, Tsum Nubri Gaun Palika, Gorkha
(The working station can be changed from one to another Health Units run by SLF)

Roles and responsibilities:

Carry out patient examination, screening and diagnosis
Provide treatment of minor injuries, first-aid in emergencies and disasters
Maintain environmental sanitation of Health Unit
Attend health-related meetings with SLF Health Officer if required
Keep a record of health-related inventory and orders
Prepare monthly and annual progress reports of the work done from the Health Unit
Responsible for sending monthly reports with photographs and other updates to SLF Health Officer
Go on field trips as needed
Write Monitoring and Evaluation Reports after each field trip

Salary and benefit: This will be according to the policy of the company/organization.

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

2 years experience working in health sectors like health clinics, health posts, hospitals, etc.
Knowledge and experience in hosting/conducting health-related training
Experience in organizing meetings with local bodies and community people to organize training events/follow-up programs
Fluent in spoken and written English and Nepali language
Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills
Ability to see and tackle miscommunication/misunderstandings
Excellent writing, documentation and dissemination skills
Strong ability to work in a team and coordinate tasks and responsibilities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to use computer applications
Any other jobs related to healthcare and/or given by the employer that fall under the responsibilities of the Health Unit need to be carried out
