Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent at Varnabas Museum Hotel in Kathmandu. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests. This includes checking guests in and out, assisting with room reservations, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Proficiency in multiple languages, such as English and Nepali
Knowledge of Kathmandu's local attractions and tourist information
Problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
