Job Description

General Description: Resident Manager will oversee daily activities in property including all departmental functions, cost and their efficiency. 

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire operations and departments of the resort. Be the point of contact for the resort.
  • Resolving on-site issues at the resort (relating to guests, safety, employees or the property) among many other duties. 
  • Oversee quality, maintenance and appearance of the property.
  • Manage the resort team staff. This also includes training, handling grievances and duty roster. 
  • Setting a good example of service excellence and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Actively promote resort among local business entities. 
  • Understands company values and fosters teamwork to achieve company goals.
  • Respond to emergencies and crisis handling
  • Deal with potential security problems and safety hazards.

Requirements and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/ Travel & Tourism 
  • Must have sound knowledge of hotel operations and relevant experience in similar position (+2 years’ experience)
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Package (excel, word, power point and outlook)
  • Passion for customer service. 
  • Must be willing to relocate to Chitwan.
