Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greet and escort guests to the table
Maintain an up to date knowledge of products, events, promotions and general information relating to the services offered by the company
Maintain current data profile of regular guests in order to ensure that personal preference are met e.g. tables, games, drinks, food, rooms etc.
Promptly respond to guests requests in a considerate, professional and positive manner

Preference:

Preference will be given to local Nepalese citizens with an age group between 18 to 26 years

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Must have completed minimum Intermediate level in hospitality management from a recognized board or university
Freshers are encouraged to apply. Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Skills Required:

Must have pleasing personality and the ability to handle all kinds of people
Since our job falls under customer service, it is necessary to have a cheerful disposition, quick reflexes, and a positive attitude
Proficiency in English and Hindi are must. Knowledge of a common foreign language like Chinese, German, French, or Spanish is an added advantage
