Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provide a friendly and efficient welcome to any members, visitors and staff
Ensure that appropriate visitors are directed to the right person or service within the building
Take responsibility for the visitor book and security passes
To be responsible for the general upkeep of the reception point and office, ensuring it is kept organized and efficient at all times
Undertake statistical data entry on a PC, to record the number of visitors, and the nature of their inquiries, for monitoring purposes
Undertake any other general
