Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
Promptly address guests’ requests; actively listen to and resolve complaints
Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services
Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered
Manage guest relations team (including Receptionists and Transfer Staffs) to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures
Analyze customer feedback from Lounge guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
Recommend local tourist spots, activities during stay, including places to shop and sight-seeing
Establish friendly relationships with regular Lounge clients

Lunch & Dinner will be provided by the Restaurant

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Must be a BHM graduate
Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience
Smart, good looking, creative, proactive, service and result oriented
effective communicator
Ability to lead the respective department with target oriented performance
Females are mostly preferred
