Roles and responsibilities of this job

GTE is the most common reason The Department of Home Affairs refuses student visas so the GTE officer need to be well informed and updated about all the information required for the GTE assessment and GTE interview.

Responsible for all Genuine Temporary Entrant documentation preparation.
Counsel students and parents on GTE requirements of various universities and colleges and help students prepare required documentation.
Responsible for gathering knowledge about a range of study options for the school, VET and higher education sectors.
Responsible to carry out face to face consultation with prospective students and their parents.
Facilitate student from the scratch of their process to the end including pre-departure briefing.
Facilitate in preparing GTE statements and GTE relevant documentation.
Prepare students for visa interviews and other interviews as and when required as per the procedure of the Universities
Correspondent independently with stakeholders such as schools, colleges, universities, and immigration office.
Take part and give presentation in seminar, exhibitions, events, fairs, social media platforms and live sessions.
Proofread, merge and format documents whenever required.
Book dates for Medical and Biometric appointments as required for the countries along with preparation of drafts.
Creation of invoice for tuition fee payment and providing accurate and reliable instructions regarding payment to the students.
Guidance on CV, SOP interviews.
Assist Admission Department and Counselor as and when required.
Carry out independent research for new information and updates

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

The candidate should be open to work remotely for Australia.
The candidate must have thorough technical knowledge of education consultancy work

Skills and Experience

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Management and English or above

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in education counseling, GTE documentation, and VISA lodgment,

Skills

Excellent oral and written communications skill in English
Must be very keen to learn about new things
Must have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
Must have a good typing skill
