About the job

Job Title: Graphics/UI Designer

Location: Lazimpat, Kathmandu

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary Range: NPR 30,000 - 35,000 (Higher for candidates with Front-End Development Skills)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a solid understanding of design principles, and proficiency in industry-standard tools. This is a mid-level position with opportunities for growth, especially for candidates with front-end development knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Design eye-catching visuals for web, social media, print materials, and marketing campaigns.
Create brand assets such as logos, infographics, banners, and presentations.
Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and project requirements.
Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content teams, to deliver cohesive designs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.:
Assist with basic front-end tasks such as translating designs into HTML/CSS.
Work on interactive elements to enhance user experience.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Graphics/UI Design.
A well-documented portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including web and UI designs.
Proficiency in Photoshop and Figma (mandatory).
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Basic understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and creativity.
