We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team at Naamche, a subsidiary of reAlpha.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs across various media. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to produce high-quality graphics that align with our brand and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and Create Visuals: Develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand design requirements and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Produce High-Quality Graphics: Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva to create and refine graphics and layouts.
- Optimize Designs: Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and devices, maintaining visual appeal and functionality.
- Stay Updated: Follow design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual content.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Creative Skills: Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills. A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
