Roles and responsibilities of this job

Candidates should be capable of conceptualizing creative designs across a variety of media for internal teams and external clients. Ensure that the design's production is completed on time by overseeing its production.

Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
Review designs for errors before they are printed or published.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print, and digital media.
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Identify the best ways to illustrate and communicate clients’ vision while complying with design best practices.
Select colors, images, typography and layout for communication materials, including websites, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and social media posts.
Produce drafts for client review and make revisions based on feedback received.
Collaborate with other team members, such as digital marketing and business operations, throughout the various phases of a project.
Meet with clients or the creative director to determine the scope of a project.
Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message.
Design layouts, images, banners and creatives.
Incorporate changes recommended by clients or creative director into final designs
Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material.
Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns.
Develop company brand to increase brand presence.
Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

2 to 3+ years of creative design experience
Strong typography skills
Adept in motion graphics
Experience in working with print media
Video editing skills + 3D animator
Willingness to learn
