About the job

Position - Mid level

1. Technical Skills

Graphic Design:

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficiency in vector-based design, branding, and logo creation.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual composition.

Experience in UI/UX design (optional but beneficial)

Video Editing:

Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Proficiency in motion graphics (After Effects).
Experience with color grading, sound design, and animation.
Understanding of different video formats and compression techniques.

2. Portfolio

A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing projects.
Examples of branding materials, promotional videos, social media content, or advertisements.

3. Creativity and Aesthetics

Ability to create visually appealing and on-brand designs.
Capability to tell stories through both static and dynamic visuals.
Understanding of current design and video trends.

4. Project Management and Collaboration

Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects.
Experience collaborating with marketing teams or clients.

5. Software & Tools

Knowledge of tools like Figma, Sketch (for design), and Audition (for sound editing) can be an added advantage.
Familiarity with file organization and sharing tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

6. Additional Qualities

Adaptability to different styles and project requirements.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills for feedback and collaboration.
