1. Technical Skills

Graphic Design:

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in vector-based design, branding, and logo creation.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual composition.

Experience in UI/UX design (optional but beneficial)

Video Editing:

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Proficiency in motion graphics (After Effects).
• Experience with color grading, sound design, and animation.
• Understanding of different video formats and compression techniques.

2. Portfolio

• A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing projects.
• Examples of branding materials, promotional videos, social media content, or advertisements.

3. Creativity and Aesthetics

• Ability to create visually appealing and on-brand designs.
• Capability to tell stories through both static and dynamic visuals.
• Understanding of current design and video trends.

4. Project Management and Collaboration

• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams or clients.

5. Software & Tools

• Knowledge of tools like Figma, Sketch (for design), and Audition (for sound editing) can be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with file organization and sharing tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

6. Additional Qualities

• Adaptability to different styles and project requirements.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills for feedback and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Atleast 2 years of experience in related field
