Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Growth Printing Press & Publication. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of previous design work and a deep understanding of design principles and trends in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and production team to understand project requirements and design objectives.
Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and websites.
Utilize design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDraw, to create visually appealing and effective designs.
Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and are optimized for printing or online publishing.
Use SEO principles to enhance the visibility of our designs on digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Communicating with clients about layout and design.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree (completed or last year running).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Designing, Printing, or Publishing industry.
Strong knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDraw.
A portfolio showcasing previous design work and demonstrating a good eye for design, creativity, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in design is preferred.
Ability to handle constructive feedback and work collaboratively with a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
