Dream Chaser Nepal is seeking a Graphic Designer to lead our creative projects and bring our real estate marketing services to the next level. If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create visually compelling content, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality visual designs for real estate marketing materials, including floor plans, brochures, social media content, and branding assets.
Lead and mentor the design team, ensuring creative consistency and brand alignment.
Collaborate with the video editing and content teams to enhance visual storytelling.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high design standards.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Education: A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in graphic design
Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
Creativity & Attention to Detail: Ability to produce visually appealing and high-impact designs.
Leadership Skills: Experience managing and mentoring junior designers.
Bonus: Knowledge of 3D rendering, motion graphics, or UI/UX design.
