Are you a talented and creative Graphic Designer looking for a new challenge? Shrestha Media is currently seeking a motivated candidate with a strong passion for branding and design to join our team in the Direct Sells/Marketing Service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, ads, and digital campaigns.
Create engaging visual content for Instagram posts, carousels, stories, LinkedIn banners, Facebook ads, and more.
Develop brand-aligned assets including logos, infographics, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into clear, on-brand designs.
Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
Prepare and optimize files for both digital and print use.
Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and platform-specific best practices

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Required Age:More than or equal to 20 years

Other Specification

2+ years of experience in graphic design.
Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles including typography, layout, and color theory.
Experience designing content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Attention to detail and a strong creative eye.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with branding, marketing, and social media content strategies is a plus.
