As a Graphic Designer at Mad Ads Agency, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects for our diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:

Utilize creativity and visual thinking to conceptualize and design captivating graphics, including but not limited to logos, banners, social media posts, and other marketing collaterals
Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and design briefs
Use Adobe Photoshop and other design software with expertise to produce high-quality designs
Ensure all designs are visually appealing and aligned with the brand's image and guidelines
Create and edit videos for social media and other platforms
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into your designs
Present design ideas and concepts with strong communication skills and be open to feedback
Work with the team to meet client expectations and deliver exceptional results

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency or a similar environment
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design software
Strong design portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work
Demonstrable skills in video editing
Excellent creativity and visual thinking abilities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
