About the job

Skills:

Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout design.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

Requirement:

Strong creative skills with the ability to develop original designs and concepts.
Ability to think creatively and provide design solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
A portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including branding, web design, print materials, social media graphics, etc.
Good communication skills to understand and interpret client briefs and feedback.
Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality, polished final designs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of print production, digital design, and multimedia design.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics or animation.
Experience in working with digital marketing teams.
Familiarity with branding guidelines and the ability to create cohesive brand identities.
