Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create original designs from scratch with a high level of creativity.
• Develop innovative ideas to represent concepts and effectively promote products or services.
• Design product mock-ups, presentations, and promotional materials for product launches and events.
• Uphold and refine brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and mediums.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, and UX/UI designers to align designs with company objectives.
• Produce high-quality creative assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within the assigned timelines.
• Conduct user testing and refine designs based on insights and feedback.
• Contribute to branding efforts and visual storytelling to enhance product appeal.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (undergraduate degree completed).
• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Knowledge of 3D design software is an advantage.
• Motion Graphics Experience is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, including branding, print, and digital designs.
• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Openness to constructive feedback and a collaborative mind-set.
• A two-wheeler is mandatory.
