Company Description

Karobar is a leading digital ledger app used by 2Lakh+ small businesses in Nepal & Bangladesh to manage their accounting and inventory management needs. As we continue to expand and grow, we are seeking a creative & detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team in empowering small businesses through tech-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design graphics for social media, websites, brochures, posters, greeting cards, and advertisements.
Develop a visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the Company’s visual identity.
Collaborating with marketing, product, development teams and/or external clients to understand design requirements and objectives to produce compelling graphics.
Revise and Iterate on designs based feedback.
Videos and Testimonials Editing
Utilize design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create original layouts, illustrations, and other visual elements.
Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.
Pitch creative ideas to enhance projects

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in graphic designing with strong portfolio
Proficiency in designing softwares
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory and layout design
Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, time management and creative skills.
Strong attention to details, keen eye for aesthetics and ability to meet deadlines.
Skilled in video production and editing
