Company Description:

Karobar is a leading digital ledger app used by 2Lakh+ small businesses in Nepal & Bangladesh to manage their accounting and inventory management needs. As we continue to expand and grow, we are seeking a creative & detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team in empowering small businesses through tech-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for social media, websites, brochures, posters, greeting cards, and advertisements. 
• Develop a visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the Company’s visual identity. 
• Collaborating with marketing, product, development teams and/or external clients to understand design requirements and objectives to produce compelling graphics. 
• Revise and Iterate on designs based feedback.
• Videos and Testimonials Editing 
• Utilize design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create original layouts, illustrations, and other visual elements.
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. 
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.
• Pitch creative ideas to enhance projects

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic designing with strong portfolio 
• Proficiency in designing softwares
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory and layout design
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, time management and creative skills. 
• Strong attention to details, keen eye for aesthetics and ability to meet deadlines. 
• Skilled in video production and editing
