About the job

We are looking for a Graphic Designer (with 1-2 year of experience) to join our team. As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing our clients' brands to life. You'll be responsible for creating stunning visual content across a variety of media, from print and digital ads to social media graphics. You'll work closely with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to develop creative concepts that resonate with target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.

Education: Bachelors

Working Location: Chakupat, Lalitpur

Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer

Job Description :

Attend initial briefing meetings with Project Managers and content Creators after the onboarding process to understand the clients and their requirements well.
Study brand guidelines of respective clients to execute their work by following the same.
Create Still Designs, GIFs, Motion Graphics and print Designs as per the requirements of the projects/campaigns. Design Logo, Brand Guidelines and brand Identity Assets for new brands (only when required).
Regularly study client competitors and their social media pages.
Determine colour palettes, shapes, typefaces and patterns while executing social media creatives and supporting campaign designs .
Determine the message each design should communicate and explain the same to the respective content creator and project manager.
Efficiently communicate with the content creator & and project manager for the completion of designs.
Receive feedback from the Design Lead before delivering to the clients.
Advise and implement changes where and when required (as per the client’s feedback).
Regularly attend internal design team meetings to seek personal growth.

Requirements:

A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Bachelor's degree in the related field.
Proven 1-2 years of work experience as a graphic designer.
A strong portfolio of Graphic Design (digital & and print) and Motion Graphics
Good Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
Adobe After Effects, Blender and Adobe Premiere Pro skills would be a plus point
Working Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Slides & and Google Sheets is required
